Custom Branded Melbourne Cup Gifts That Make Race Day Count

The first Tuesday of November stops the nation, which makes it one of the best moments of the year to put your brand in front of clients, staff and supporters. Marketing managers, hospitality teams, venue operators, sporting clubs and councils all choose Melbourne Cup corporate gifts to say thanks, lift a function or send guests home with something memorable from the spring racing carnival. Our custom branded range suits warm Australian spring days: fans, sunglasses, plush horses and drinkware, all decorated with your logo in bulk and delivered Australia-wide.

What's in Our Melbourne Cup Range

Our spring racing carnival merchandise covers everything from light-hearted giveaways to keepsakes guests will actually keep. Highlights include:

  • Plush and novelty: the Horse Plush Toy, Horse Plush and Horse Stress Reliever are crowd-pleasers, and the Plush Doll Racing Suit Set comes in a 15–17cm Doll and a 10cm Doll for a dressed-up trackside look.
  • Fans: Branded Printed Folding Fabric Hand Fans, Promotional Printed Hand Fans, Foldable Polyester Fans and the Message Hand Fan give you generous space for your logo and a bit of relief from the November heat.
  • Sun and sip: Summer Polarised Sunglasses, Haze Sunglasses and the Oakland Glass Tumbler suit outdoor marquees and long afternoons.
  • Handy extras: the pocket-sized Bandage Case and the Drop Milk Jug add a practical or quirky touch to guest bags and hospitality tables.

Every item is printed, engraved or embroidered with your logo, so the finished product looks like part of your brand.

How Businesses Use Race Day Promotional Products

Race day promotional products work hardest when they match the occasion. Many businesses place a fan and a pair of sunglasses on each seat at a marquee or trackside function, so guests are comfortable and photographed wearing your brand. Others build corporate hospitality gifts for top clients, pairing a glass tumbler with a plush horse as a thank-you for the year's support.

Offices, pubs, clubs and schools run their own Cup day sweeps and fashion-on-the-field lunches. A branded fan or a plush horse works well as a prize or a table favour. If you are hosting a mix of in-person and remote guests, you can post gifts to different states in one coordinated order. Smaller items like the Horse Stress Reliever also make easy add-ins for staff appreciation packs when the whole team is watching the race together.

How to Order and When to Start

Choose your products, tell us your quantity and send your logo. Most orders start at 25 to 250 units, depending on the item. We will supply an artwork proof for your approval before anything goes into production, so you can check placement, colours and spelling first. Once approved, your order is produced and delivered Australia-wide to your office, venue or multiple addresses.

Melbourne Cup falls on the first Tuesday of November, and this is a busy time for suppliers. Allow several weeks before the event for production and delivery, and order early if you are customising several products or shipping to more than one location. Starting in September gives you room to adjust quantities, approve proofs without rushing and still have stock in hand before the carnival begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the minimum order quantities for Melbourne Cup gifts?

Minimums are typically between 25 and 250 units, depending on the product and decoration method. Smaller novelty items often suit lower quantities, while some printed items need larger runs. Tell us how many guests you are hosting and we will confirm the minimum for each product you are considering.

How early should I order for the Melbourne Cup?

Order as early as you can. Melbourne Cup is on the first Tuesday of November, and you will need time for artwork proofs, production and delivery. Allow several weeks before the event, and more if you are shipping to several states or combining multiple products in one order.

What decoration options are available?

Depending on the product, we can print, engrave or embroider your logo. Fans suit full-colour printing, glass tumblers are well suited to engraving or printing, and plush items can carry a printed or embroidered detail. We will recommend the best method for each item and send a proof before production.

How do I choose gifts to suit my budget?

Pricing depends on the product, quantity and decoration, and it generally comes down as quantities rise. Fans and novelty plush are popular for large guest lists, while a glass tumbler or sunglasses suit a smaller group of key clients. Share your budget per person and we will suggest options that fit.

Do you have eco-friendly options?

Yes. Reusable items like the Oakland Glass
