Customisable Plush Toys: Your Mascot, Made Real
Every strong brand mascot deserves a physical form, and plush is the form people hug, photograph and keep. Customisable plush toys are made from scratch to your design: the exact character, colours, expressions and accessories that make your mascot yours. Promo Punks® manages the journey from sketch to sample to shipped cartons.
Why Choose Fully Custom Plush?
Features
Made-from-scratch production of your character in your specified size, fabrics and details, including clothing, embroidery and accessories. You approve a physical pre-production sample before the full run goes ahead.
Benefits
Stock toys carry your logo; a custom plush IS your brand. It becomes retail product, membership gift and campaign hero all at once, with no lookalike anywhere.
From Sketch to Sample to Shipment
Features
Send artwork, a mascot suit photo or even a rough sketch, and our team develops the plush pattern, shares renders, then produces the approval sample. Revisions happen at sample stage, before quantity is committed.
Benefits
The sample step removes the risk from custom manufacturing: what you approve is what arrives, in the box, at volume.
Clubs, Universities and Consumer Brands
Features
Sports clubs turn team mascots into game-day retail, universities into open-day gifts, and consumer brands into campaign characters kids ask for by name.
Benefits
Mascot plush sells as genuine merchandise, making it one of the few promotional products that can generate revenue instead of only costing it. Browse our ready-made plush range for smaller-run alternatives.
Safety and Compliance Built In
Features
Custom plush is produced to Australian toy safety standards with testing documentation available, including embroidered features for under-three audiences.
Benefits
Compliance paperwork ready at handover means retail and event distribution proceed without surprises.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to provide to get a custom plush made?
Any clear reference works: vector artwork, mascot suit photos or a detailed sketch. Our team develops the pattern and shares visuals before sampling.
What's the minimum order for fully custom plush toys?
Custom manufacturing starts in the hundreds of units. For smaller quantities, our stock plush with branded shirts starts much lower.
How long does custom plush production take?
Allow roughly 8 to 12 weeks including sampling and freight. Planning for a season launch or event? Start the conversation early.
Can the plush wear branded clothing or accessories?
Yes, shirts, scarves, capes and accessories are part of the design, printed or embroidered with your branding.
Will I see the toy before the full order is made?
Always. A physical pre-production sample is produced for your approval, and the bulk run only starts once you sign it off.
