Not every idea needs 250 units. Our print on demand range lets you design your own custom t-shirts, hoodies, caps, tote bags, mugs and more online, then order exactly what you need, from a single piece. You upload artwork or add text in the designer, pick the colour and the sizes, and pay at checkout. There is no quote, no mock-up round and no minimum. Most garments are printed in Brisbane by our Australian print partner; a handful of items that are not made here are printed to order in the USA and posted to you. Every price you see is the final price per piece, GST included, with a flat delivery charge added at checkout.
What You Can Design Yourself
The range covers the custom merch people actually ask for, in quality blanks from AS Colour, Gildan, Comfort Colors, Bella+Canvas and Next Level:
- Custom printed t-shirts: staple tees, heavy and oversized cuts, organic cotton, women's and kids' sizes, long sleeves and tanks, in sizes XS to 5XL.
- Custom hoodies and sweats: pullover and full-zip hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts and quarter-zip fleece.
- Caps and tote bags: cotton canvas totes, drawstring bags, dad caps and the AS Colour Icon cap.
- Drinkware and desk: ceramic mugs, insulated bottles and tumblers, stubby coolers, notebooks, stickers, magnets and mouse pads.

Most apparel prints front and back. The first print area is included in the price and a second area is added per piece when you design it.
How Print on Demand Works at Promo Punks
Open any product and the designer loads on the page. Upload a logo, photo or artwork, or type your text and pick a font and colour, then move and resize it inside the print area. A print-quality check tells you whether your file is sharp enough at the size you have chosen, and a print preview shows the design on the actual garment colour. Choose a colour, enter the quantity per size (one is fine) and add it to the design cart. You can mix colours of the same design in one order, come back and edit a design from the cart, and pay by card at a normal Shopify checkout. Your tax invoice arrives by email straight after payment and your order goes to print without any further approval from you.

Print on demand suits anyone who needs a small run without the wait: a startup testing a logo tee before a bulk order, a club or school ordering a few hoodies for new members, a team wanting matching tees for one event, a gift for a colleague, or a personalised mug and tote for a birthday. Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every print on demand product can be ordered from a single piece. You can order one tee or twenty, and mix sizes and colours of the same design in one order.
How is the price worked out?
Each product has one fixed price per piece that already includes the first print area and GST. Items that come in different sizes, such as blankets and towels, show the price for each size. Delivery is a flat charge added at checkout, and a second print area is added per piece only if you design it.
Where are the products printed?
Most garments, bags and homewares are printed in Brisbane by our Australian print partner. A small number of items that are not available from Australian stock are printed to order in the USA; those products say so on the page, and the delivery estimate next to each item reflects where it is printed.
What print method is used?
Apparel and bags are printed digitally, direct to garment or direct to film, which reproduces full colour artwork and photos without screens or setup costs. Drinkware, stickers, magnets and textiles use the printing method suited to each item.
Can I see the design before it is printed?
Yes. The designer shows your artwork on the chosen garment colour, flags the print quality of your file and offers a print preview before you add it to the cart. Because the order is printed exactly as you approve it in the designer, there is no separate mock-up step.
Can I return a printed item?
Printed items are made for you, so they cannot be returned for change of mind or sizing. Misprints or faulty items are replaced or refunded; send us a photo within seven days of delivery and we will sort it out.
